Have you been asking those around you for what you need? Recently I have been in a number of conversations where I am realizing people seeking guidance from me are not asking for what they need from the people around them. I hope I'm not the first to tell you, but it's okay to ask for help. Whether it's you're worried about what people will think of you or if you don't want to be seen not being smart enough, it's alright to seek advice.
