Dam Problem Angers People Along McKenzie River

In Oregon a group of folks who live along a popular fishing river are nervous. The Eugene Water and Electric Board is moving forward with a plan to remove a dam, destroy a lake and business owners aren't sure why. There are many twists and turns to this story. But bottomline is ratepayers will end up footing the bill which at this point is not completely known. Yeh, makes you wonder as rates soar, why do this now? We'll talk about that.
