Amanda Muhammad is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Consultant in Dallas, TX. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Kansas in Management & Leadership, with a Concentration in Human Resources, and a Master's Degree from Baker University in Organizational Leadership. She is a Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Teacher, and Dynamic Mindfulness Certified Trainer.

After several successful but unfulfilling career moves in Corporate America and Education she realized one thing; everyone was stressed and no one knew how to manage it. Amanda now spends her days teaching accessible ways to take a preventative approach to stress management. Further, she teaches you how to introduce these techniques to others as a foundation for social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and resilience. Amanda teaches wellness classes, workshops, and facilitates Dynamic Mindfulness Trainings.  Amanda has had the opportunity to share her practice with a number of individuals, organizations, schools, and companies in the DFW Metroplex. Her vision is to provide a safe and accessible space for people of all ages, genders, shapes, physical capabilities, and economic backgrounds, to tap into their underutilized potential and help them create great days.
