I hear a lot of people saying "I don't set goals, I set intentions." and I want to talk about my take on this! With any kind of resistance toward something, we want to look at it. I think having goals for ourselves can be healthy!! Why? Because it stretches our minds and helps us to dream big. There are times where it can be unhealthy and rigid.
