178: It Was 2020, You Know What That Means

The Wrestleboys are back after a week off with a MASSIVE episode to kick off 2021 and put 2020 to bed in a dumpster full of Pepsi WHERE IT BELONGS!

We start this episode off by spending a long time remembering the life and career of Jon Huber, aka Brodie Lee/Luke Harper, and discussing AEW's beautiful tribute show this week on AEW Dynamite. He was an amazing man and performer and losing him is truly a tragedy for the pro wrestling world.

After that we take a quick look at what happened in WWE and NXT this week and look ahead to the huge NXT New Year's Evil show next week before previewing NJPW's biggest show of the year, Wrestle Kingdom 15 this weekend. Finally, we take a look back at the year in pro wrestling in 2020 and what some of our personal highlights were from the year. It may have been an absolute stinkfest of a year in general and wrestling wasn't immune to that, but there were also some great moments and things worth praising as we enter 2021.
