This time GenreTainment speaks to Victor R. Solis, the co-creator of the popular live action comic book web series Generic Girl.

This Jack Kirby inspired series follows the adventures of closet comic geek Gillian Romero and her aspiring superhero roommate Pete Kirby (aka Captain Freelance) as they battle scheming villains, bureaucrats, and one mysterious machine.

Solis tells us how his IAWTV nominated series (Best Director, Comedy for co-creator Steven Wasserman) was created, provides behind-the-scenes stories, gives tips to web series creators, shares his views of the future of web series, and more.

Hosts (and filmmakers) Marx and Julie give you the latest news on movies, television, web series and comic books; plus, interviews with writers, directors, producers and actors in both independent and not-so-independent creations.
