Episode 59 and Wendi and Dfernando's guest interview is model, production designer, sustainability activist and entrepreneur Taja Feistner.

Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Taja Feistner was scouted for modeling while waitressing after dropping out of art school. After spending several years traveling internationally as a model, she realized the environmental impacts of the fashion industry and decided to return to school to study Sustainability at Penn State University.

Taja starred in the episodic fashion film NYLON FARM for PRADA, and has walked countless shows during New York, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Week, which have included LOUIS VUITTON, DOLCE & GABBANA, VIKTOR & ROLF, GIORGIO ARMANI to VIVIENNE WESTWOOD.

As a self-proclaimed hoarder and collector of Americana-style antiques, this has led her into her new career direction as a Production Designer. Her work can be seen for clients like NORDSTROM and CHRISTOPHER JOHN ROGERS to music videos for artists like Joshua Thew.

In 2019, Taja partnered/co-founded with hairstylist, Sabrina Szinay, the sustainable hair care brand named SÁNDOR. Working with U.S. based manufacturers to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, their ingredients are sourced sustainably and locally within North America and are 100% biodegradable to keep our waterways as clean as possible. SÁNDOR was featured in VOGUE and is available on their website as well as The Real Real.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, she lives with her partner, renown fashion photographer (and Episode 5 guest) Alexander Saladrigas, and their beloved hairless cat/child Pizza.

On Episode 59, Wendi and Dfernando discuss Wendi's costume fittings for her character Deputy Clementine Johnson in the upcoming Paramount Plus film RENO 911!: THE HUNT FOR QANON that begins filming soon. She also brings up a new career option if her current career doesn't pan out.
