Episode 2 of the Generation GC podcast is about "Girls & Boys" from Good Charlotte's 2002 sophomore album The Young and The Hopeless. My guest this week is Tyler Young, lead guitarist of the band Makeout (Rise Records). We talk about summer camp and school dances, a reunion with one of the stars of the video many years later, and the politician that named this as their favorite GC song. Tyler also talks about how seeing - and later meeting - Good Charlotte influenced him as well as what it was like working with John Feldmann for Makeout's 2017 album The Good Life. We also gush over the new 5 Seconds of Summer record.
