Peace gods salute ✌🏿. Meet Duante Barnett. Duante` started his comedy journey 2 years ago and pulls from his life experiences to tell side splitting comedy. He was in the 3rd and 4th annual Northwest Black Comedy Festival and was featured the podcast awarded “Best Podcast” of the festival. He has competed in Laugh Comedy Club's Laugh off and Jai Thai's Comedy Clash. He has performed all over the Seattle-Tacoma area as well as Portland, Mcminnville, Mt Hood, Vancouver, Bremerton and BC.

Producer

As a producer, he hosted a different monthly show at Columbia City Theater that inspires diversity in the comedy scene as well as an open mic and Opencase at two bars in the Seattle area. Deaf Comedy Jam, Dark Brew, Mixed N Misidentified, Santa’s Naughty List, Cupid’s Rejects, Cinco No Mayo, Holiday Momedy, Mother's Day Momedy, Father's Day Funnies, Black & Proud and Give Love Laugh were all performed live. He now produces many of those shows online as well as the COVID Comedy Cookout, 4th of July Funnies and Labor Day Laughs.
