Milton Abel II is the Head Pastry Chef at the iconic Copenhagen restaurant Kong Hans Kalder. He has had an amazing career working at some of the worlds best restaurants like NOMA, The French Laundry, AMASS, and also had a career in working at some of the best Bakeries in Denmark like Hart Bageri, and Andersen & Millard. He is a trained actor, and has won the James Beard Award for a short documentary on his life called "That's My Jazz".
