Just another one of those stories about someone arguing with the police which turned out badly. Indeed, a traffic stop shouldn’t result in death on either side.
It’s not about justice, it’s about jurisdiction, he has it, you can see his badge and you know he’s armed.
When I was in the Army the first lesson I learned was I’m not in charge. It’s the same way when stopped by an officer of the law.
It’s time for a military response:
“Yes, sir, no sir three bags full sir”, end of the lesson.
Justice is not a street commodity, however, Jurisdiction is a police responsibility. Save any argument for a judge. Police officers don’t dispense justice, that’s not their job they have jurisdiction.
