Forget Plastic Recycling - We Need To Reduce First Use Instead!
Here are something you can do — right now:

Have your prescription filled at Walgreens, they use paper bags,
Buy stick margarine in the carton, not the whipped product in the plastic tub, 
Pitch your Kureg in the trash, buy a French Press & reward yourself with good coffee for a change!
Publix stocks Ketchup in a glass bottle, it’s labeled “no added sugar”….
I have crossed mayonnaise off the shopping list (no glass jars) — peanut butter is next.
Eschew designer eggs in the foam carton, visit Krogers. Buy ordinary eggs in the cardboard Pullman. 
Don’t ever even think about accepting a plastic bag!

If we had stopped producing plastic bags, yesterday at 2 PM we would still never run out of plastic bags!
