* Pick a topic you're passionate about
* Come up with a catchy name
* Get a website (Some free blogs include Blogger, WordPress, and Tumblr)
* Get an email.
* Get on the soc nets
* Record a test episode
* Always introduce yourself and give a little taste of what the show's about. Close out giving out contact info.
* Find a place to host your mp3 files (For Free: Talkshoe or Mevio Payed: Libsyn and Blubrry)
* Burn the RSS feed for your podcast. I suggest Feedburner
* Create a Blog entry for shownotes. Include links and information you shared. Make it easy to listen online by having a link to dowload the mp3 and a player.
* Submit to iTunes, Zune Market Place and any other blogging servers.
* Once you're on iTunes engage with your audience! Get an email and get on the soc nets!
