Luke 2; 1-20
"God in Christ, With Great Love and Grace, Has Invaded Our Planet and Come To Our Earth Not As An Enemy, But A Friend."
Luke tells us that "There were in the same country shepherds abiding in the fields keeping watch over their flock by night." v8.
Why Would Jesus Invade Our World?
1. He Came To Free Us
Who In this Room Doesn't Relate To Being Trapped or Enclosed?
Jesus said "So if he the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
(John 8:36)
2. He Came To Win Us
To Win Us back To God. To Himself and Each Other.
His Invasion Had A Theme...
"Peace, goodwill towards men"
Do You Know This Freedom, and Understand This Reconciliation?
