TD GARDEN — In January, the Celtics have cranked up the heat amidst trade rumors, Kyrie Irving’s cryptic comments about his future and past chemistry issues.
Improving to the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference Sunday, the Celtics continued their winning ways heading into February. Not coincidentally, the Celtics’ youngsters have also found their stride in January and they finally seem to be able to excel with Kyrie Irving on the floor.
After a very slow start, Jaylen Brown and Terry Rozier have done a complete 180 while Jayson Tatum has become more consistent and the team’s clear cut 2nd option on offense.
