Steph Curry and Draymond Green survived foul trouble and the Celtics' best effort to continue their record winning streak.

BOSTON – Somehow, the streak continues. The Warriors came to the Garden without Klay Thompson and Harrison Barnes, facing an intense effort from the Celtics. But the longest streak to open a season in American sports history could not be stopped, despite the Celtics taking them down to the wire in two overtimes.

Although they barely got a breather over the last 20 minutes of play, Steph Curry and Draymond Green were incredible forces.  Curry finished with 38 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists while playing the stretch with four fouls. Green kept pace with MVP, putting up the league's first 5x5 (At least 5 points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks) in three years.

Green had 24 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 5 steals and 5 blocks. The only other players to get a 5x5 with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds were Hakeem Olajuwon and Derrick Coleman, per the Washington Post's Tim Bontemps.
