Garage Talk with Hunter Masling (Joe Gibbs Racing NASCAR Cup Series Pit Crew Athlete)

Hunter Masling of Joe Gibbs Racing joins the Garage Guys this week on Garage Talk after Martin Truex Jr. got the NASCAR Cup win at Phoenix Raceway for the Instacart 500. Hunter handles tires for Truex Jr. and has been on NASCAR Pit Road for 10 plus years.

The guys catch up with Hunter after the win to talk about pit strategy and walks us through last Sunday from the Pit Crew Members' perspective. Chase and Hunter start off talking about Drew Brees officially retiring due to them both being Louisiana Natives, and Chase tells the story of how they first met each other at Talladega.

Drew asks about what life looks like after a career on NASCAR Pit Road for most pit crew members and Hunter gives us an inside look at the work that goes into preparing for a race and the week to week operation of the Joe Gibbs garage.
