1.) Pick how many times you will exercise per week (make it achievable... if you are at zero per week, just start with 1-2 days per week as an example).
2.) Get out your calendar and schedule your workouts from Now until the end of January.
3.) Make the decision that you will at least workout on these selected days from now until the end of January... NO MATTER WHAT!
4.) Start this week, not new years day or after new years as you know that's setting you up for failure... create momentum going into January and the new year!

Do this and you'll be on your way to having a happy and healthy start to 2015 and much more likely to continue going into February and the rest of the year. Start small if you have to, but no matter what... START NOW... SCHEDULE YOUR HEALTH in 2015!!! You got this Champ :)
