The Montreal Canadiens finally won their first game of the season, and they did it in dramatic fashion by scoring six straight goals after allowing the first one early, including a natural hat trick on home ice for Mathieu Perreault.

Perreault was joined in scoring his first of the year by Ben Chiarot, Mike Hoffman, and Christian Dvorak, as the Canadiens finally generated some momentum for the first time this season.

The cherry on top of the win was yet another duo of excellent performances by Jonathan Drouin and Jake Allen, who have arguably been the Canadiens' best players this season.

Also, we make fun of the Toronto Maple Leafs for losing 7-1 to a dramatically weakened Pittsburgh Penguins squad.
