Danny has many years experience coaching athletes & riders of all abilities all around the globe, and in this podcast, by popular demand, we turn his bundle of knowledge towards the crazy world of ultra. We also benefit from some incredible first hand accounts of the experience itself from our mate Matt, as well as finding out how to train for an Ultra, and how important the training is vs other aspects.
