The Oldest Stars in the Universe

The universe is big - really big.
So big in fact that it is difficult to really comprehend the scale of it all and our insignificant place within it.
But despite our size we actually know quite a lot about the first moments of the universe and how they played out.
As for the next billion years after that...not so much.
