The original use of cryptocurrency was for peer to peer electronic payment. This got lost somewhere between the in-fighting of the Bitcoin community and the ICO madness. However there are people who believe in Satoshi Nakamoto's idea of using crypto for medium of exchange. Akane Yokoo is one of them.
Akane is the founder of Satoshi's Angels who is organizing Bitcoin Cash meetup groups since the early days of Bitcoin and still keeping the dream alive by grassroots movement. She knocks on the door of merchants to empower them with the ideals and structures available to adopt crypto as a form of payment.
