Episode 105 | "HOVID-19"

Si & Veronica keep their social distance for episode 105 for a second week of work-from-home and quarantining. We catch up on our weekends of staying at our homes and interacting with our friends virtually! Most of our quick hits relate to the coronavirus because how could they not! The Olympics are officially postponed (first time since WWII) and movies are adjusting their releases. One thing we can count on at this time is music, and we have some bops from JoJo, Halsey, Kelsea Ballerini, The Weeknd, and the artist formerly known as Childish Gambino. Celebs are taking to IG Live to create their own virtual talk shows, like Miley Cyrus with her “Bright Minded” show. The Kayne and Taylor phone call IN FULL resurfaced just in time for the newest season of KUWTK to come out. We discuss all the Coronavirus Challenges going on, with some being more cringey than others. Speaking of cringey… Vee went “Yikes!” to the decently tone deaf (double entendre) rendition of “Imagine” by some big name celebs. For our Mini Main Topic this week, we tackle the changing landscape of dating and love in the COVID-19 era and how it is accelerating relationships (whether that is good or bad).
