We finally get to to what most people think is the BEST of the franchise! It's a whopper with the two casts coming together in the "Avengers of X-Men". Bryan Singer is back and as Byron aptly points out, he reboots his baby even if just a little softly. Time travel is a thing for consciousness (conscious, conscience..?) and we see those weird bone claws again...enjoy!

IMDb Plot Summary: In 2023, the entire human race is on the brink of extinction. Sentinels, originally created to kill mutants now hunt all of mankind. The remaining survivors cannot stand against the onslaught of the Sentinel army. In order to save the future, Wolverine is sent back to 1973 in order to stop the war before it even starts.
Random trivia: Quicksilver's slow-motion sequence was filmed with mostly practical visual effects (high-speed photography and stunt rigs), with CGI used only for the objects in mid-air.
