In a sign of miscalculation, Canada’s so called “snap election” has seen current Prime Minister Justin Trudeau trail in polling.

And the irony is that Trudeau himself sparked the early election, otherwise it would have been held in two years. But with the cases of vaccine outbreak infections growing and many Canadians tired of all the restrictions on travel and business, Trudeau may have signaled strength at the wrong time… just as his star is fading.
