This is the best book to be reviewing for this weeks theme of mindsets. Rachel has such a unique way of looking at things through different perspectives but also being able to explain those perspectives to other people. "Girl Stop Apologizing" is directed more to a female audience but is something men can also read to understand women better.
Few things we will talk about today are,
-It's not your job to be a fixer, only focus on fixing yourself and becoming better
-Book is self centric, teaches lots about what things we need to be doing for ourselves
-Make sure we are living our lives as our true selves and not someone else
