Grief is hard enough to handle, but when you're also struggling with a mental illness, grief can change you in ways you never anticipated. And some of them are positive, like the story of today's guest.

In this second episode of our Exploring Grief series, Michelle Budiwski is joined by Paul Marlow from www.tallpaul.ca to discuss how the loss of his father brought his own mental health into question and how his grief has turned his life around as he now dedicates his time to help others find their way with mental health struggles through fitness, diet and personal growth.

Through his own grief, Paul is breaking down barriers and stigmas as he openly explores his own mental health and through the creation of Never Alone apparel is dedicated to continuing to provide online help to suffering peers who need someone to talk to - for free!
