One of the rumours which has swirled around about next week's Autumn Statement is that Jeremy Hunt will use it to reform and simplify the Isa regime.

There have been rumours he will allow savers to put money into multiple Isas in the same year, but there have also been reports he is considering a "British Isa" to encourage investment into UK companies.
