Allright bois and girls, buckoes and buckettes,
Welcome to Frothland.

Pirate is floating  on his ginormous inflatable flamingo, in his very own designated space pirate cove here in Frothland, while he awaits his upcoming launch into deep audio space. Due to recent events, you get the following instead:
I,  the most humble and modest Great Leader and Universal Ruler of Frothland, the land that is Froth, FoxFroth, have entered my fourth decade on earth. That's right, my guy, I've dipped the very tips of my phalanges proximales into Lake Silver Fox, I've been window shopping for lawnmowers, crocs and keep reaching for the pen in the shirt pocket, except I'm not wearing a shirt, because I'm having far too much fun crying my eyes out in a fetal position here in the presidential shower cabinet, just spooning the hell out of a birthday cake, I feel like I ´m dying inside, might rebrand this to a birthday wake, candles and candle wax all over my face, all over my place.
Well, yes, and no.
Yesterday was indeed a birthday, and this means that yesterday all Frothlanders could've been eligible for the $100K no questions asked, no strings attached, cash stipend, all they had to do was, but no-one did. Upon discovering the information about this opportunity had somehow disappeared from all records in Frothland, making it a little difficult to apply I guess, I decided it was time to make up for that and just throw a birthday party in my honour, you're welcome.

Part of all this or parts of some of all this, is more untrue than it's less false.
I'm still just a guy, just not in my thirties.
Kind of a big number, kind of a big deal, here's a quick list of what to expect this episode:

- John sings Happy Birthday in honour of Foxfroth, tyvm
- I promise myself a glorious tomorrow-steak
- My mother appears with a royal wave from a hand in a cast, she fractured her wrist the other day, but is recuperating.
She's 79years old, has a charming laugh and almost no wrinkles.
- My Cousin Petter steps out of his comfort zone and into the ring of English linguistics and performs beautifully 10/10 my guy
- My lovely aunt, tries to resist the magnetic collective pull of Frothlanders and starts out in Norwegian, but finishes strong in English
- My wonderful and precious daughter Amina and her friend Helin, sing what is now my favourite Birthday song, Feliz Navidad, and I'm still smiling just thinking about that.
- Since sending cake by international mail has gotten me in trouble before, I provide some juicy taste samples from the ThisIsToday Podcast,
where I made an guest appearance exactly 480 moons after my birth https://www.thisistodaypodcast.com The Owner, Creator and Host,
- Russ Catanach from Northern California, USA, is the first person to congratulate me with my round number here. And before this shared experience, we were total strangers on different continents.
- In a melatonin and butterflied chicken minced fueled unfiltered spoken train of thoughts, I reflect on turning 40, in general, for me, during this pandemic, and the train continues through the Great Plains of existential ponder, the pass of never-ending quests for purpose, the marshes of hidden meaning and the elusive human connection.
- Having worked a great deal with patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease and dementia and having spoken with several people I care about lately who finds their loved ones in various forms and stages of these diseases, I attempt to bring some comfort to their world right now, hoping to reach others who have gone through or currently are going through situations like these.
- Just when you think it's over, your belly borderline exploding from all the cake, the after party kicks off with Mr. Boi, she even FREESTYLES!
- John
