Accounting predictions for marketers are what the budget summary email is for accountants. Everyone rushes to get theirs out first and they almost all the same.


Predictions are the new content fodder to grab your attention at the start of year and whilst we dislike content for contents sake we have a few things to say about what’s going to be important in 2020.


So here are our predictions to help you know what to focus on, and what to ignore.

Moving to cloud

Cloud documentation

Automation and efficiency focus (more than new service lines)

People give up on value pricing as being too hard

The cutting edge firms will worry less about tech and more about client and staff experience
