Donna Reed is the District 5 representative on Reading City Council. She was Council vice president from 2015 through January 2018. Though the years, she has served on a number of Council committees, chairing the former marketing and holiday planning committees and co-chairing the finance committee. She now serves as Council representative to the Reading Area Transportation Study (RATS) and is Council liaison to BCTV. In the past, she was a liaison to the DID and to the former Main Street Board.
