TC holds a Bachelors in Zoology/Wildlife Mgmt./Philosophy, a Masters in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Ministry. He has kept reptiles in captivity since the late 80's. As an undergrad he served as a venomous lab assistant and live venomous display manager at a major university, and later worked as a professional AZA zookeeper in a prestigious zoo. TC also has a few international publications in herpetoculture.
