Radakovich talks about how a note on a napkin from his football coach led to a new athletics facility. Radakovich covers how important it is for athletic administrators to support coaches by giving the coach the resources needed to be successful. Also, as he serves his final year on the College Football Playoff selection committee, Radakovich identifies what he believes to be the reason why the current system is better than previous football championship structures.
