Kristen is also the host of the Around the Watercooler podcast where she shares not only the success stories, but also the horror stories that she has encountered along her journey as an attorney. In this episode, we talk with Kristen about why she started a podcast, the challenge of being vulnerable and authentic when you hold a position of stature and the benefits of jumping and getting started even if you’re unsure of yourself.
