In this Special Episode, "2020 Election Reflection" Kvon and Jessica talk about what feels most important to them, the 2020 Presidential Election and in that, share some of their lessons learned around what has helped them get through other difficult elections. 

In this full-length special episode, the two explore how curiosity, compassion, self-care, and most importantly, self-reflection, have been critical practices for them, as they learned to deal with the fear, anger, and isolation created by the previous and impending election.
