Ryan is a multi-time founder, having led his first two companies - BNQT Media Group and SWARM Mobile - to successful acquisitions by USA Today (2008) and Groupon (2014), respectively. After noticing a gap in the market for IT support in small to mid-sized offices, he launched Electric.ai to make it easier for nontech people to manage their IT and grew it to 150 full-time employees by utilizing remote engineering offices in Argentina.
