Abby just got back from a weekend away with friends.

Eating lately

Sarah enjoyed corn and green chili enchiladas from the Dinner Illustrated cookbook.

In an unexpected twist, Abby is recommending a vegan cheese dip. To make, toss the following in the blender:

2 cups raw cashews3/4 Cup Oat Milk (her friend uses Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend)2 tbsp olive oil1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 1/2 tsp sea salt4 cloves garlic
