In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing WHISPER OF THE HEART (1995), which you can find for streaming on Max.  Directed by Yoshifumi Kondô, from a script by Hayao Miyazaki and Aoi Hiiragi (comic), the film follows Shizuku Tsukishima, a young girl who loves reading books and writing stories as she discovers through the library cards in her books, that a certain someone had previously also checked out all the books she's selected.  This is a fantastical love and coming of age story full of the Studio Ghibli magic we've come to expect from Miyazaki and the storytellers and creators from Ghibli.  This film clocks in at 1 h and 51 m and is rated G.  Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
