The guest for this episode is award-winning journalist and media entrepreneur, Katherine Goldstein. In 2017, she created and also hosts The Double Shift podcast, a show that uses storytelling to fundamentally transform how society sees mothers and how we see ourselves in order to achieve greater parity for women in all aspects of society. She’s also the creator of The F*ck Mom Guilt World Tour, which promotes and discusses themes from the show, with successful, sold out events in NYC, Durham, NC, and the Bay Area. Now in Season 2 of The Double Shift, the theme is “The Revolution Begins at Home” and includes six episodes tackling the personal side of working mothers, their home life.


During our conversation, we talk about the conception of The Double Shift and some of the interesting subjects of Season 1, and her vision going into Season 2. She’s currently pregnant with TWINS so lets all congratulate her and she gets into what that means for her and the show in Season 2 of The Double Shift. A lot of good information about motherhood in this episode and you don’t even need to be a parent to get learn something from this interview.
