This show is the second part of our interview with Amber Costilow E-RYT, YACEP. Amber started her yoga journey in her hometown of Las Cruces, NM. She is currently an LA-based yoga instructor who offers many different classes and trainings in various studios in Southern California area.
In this show, she dives a little deeper into the intention behind her accredited 200 hour – yoga teacher training (which she designed herself). She describes how she would like to equip her teachers-in-training and then goes onto offers us teachers advice.
