Lisa Koza is a Holistic Health Coach and Spiritual Practitioner focused on the possibility of a world that works for everyone.  Lisa helps people become healthier and happier by working with the whole person – body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about essential oils and using them to help people achieve their goals in all facets of life.  She teaches people how to use plant based therapies and other healing modalities to achieve balance and health.

Earlier in her career, Lisa was a management consultant with Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world.  Later she worked on Wall Street for Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank.

Lisa is engaged in the community in various education programs.  This includes CoFounding Love4Literacy – a program that focuses on connecting elementary students with access to libraries with the goal of early literacy creating a desire for life long learning.

Lisa received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1995.  She studied at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in New York City graduating from that program in 2006.  Lisa became a Certified Spiritual Practitioner (RScP) at the Center for Spiritual Living in San Jose in 2012.  Lisa is also a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley.  Lisa completed Landmark’s Curriculum for Living in 2016.

In her spare time, Lisa is an avid cyclist and recently completed the 545 mile Aid’s Lifecycle Ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles in June of 2017.  Lisa lives in San Jose with her husband and two sons.
