We had the pleasure of interviewing Richard Love from ExitComfortZone, a community that Richard has built over the years  intent on creating "Savages," people who push their limits and physical  potential to achieve more than they ever thought possible. Richard  caught our eye when he debated Ziegler Monster on TikTok, and has  started getting a lot of traction on social media mainly because of the  tape he has over his mouth during workouts, to maintain breathing  through his nose.
