Joe runs a  tight ship over at Unleash'd Strength in Manassas VA. Today we sit down  and talk through his involvement with the gym, being a gym owner,  quitting a full time position, and diving into honest, open, and  inviting gym culture. Joe has some incredible powerlifters at his gym,  but aims to make the entire experience positive for everyone, and has  quite the reputation locally, and now (through social media),  nationally!
