Although Sam is no longer with EliteFTS, at the time of this recording we interviewed Sam about his experience meeting Dave Tate, growing an already monolithic EliteFTS brand through a budding social media strategy, and all of the lessons he learned along the way about powerlifting, fitness equipment, and how to actually get Dave Tate to talk to you. Going from a truly corporate environment to working with the EliteFTS crew was quite the change. Sam moved several states away just to be a part of the company.
Sam Brown is the owner of The Practice Movement, and an incredibly humble learner who is down to earth and set himself up to showcase the incredible personalities and vision of EliteFTS during his time there. He became a beloved figure with the brand, and has now moved on to start his own coaching and mentoring program with Practice Movement, and even has his own podcast now!
