September is  National Recovery Month and Freed Up is raising awareness and sharing important approaches and strategies for support because we strongly believe in this year's national recovery theme: “Recovery is for Everyone: Every Person, Every Family, Every Community”.   That means recovery is for YOU and ME!
Listen in to this episode, which is the first part of two segments, where Gina, an Assistant Director of Recovery & Community Services and a peer-to-peer coach trainer, provides personal and professional insight into why we need a  focus on recovery as a part of the mental health conversation and what we need to know and do to ensure we're moving the needle in this area. Tune into this one and be ready to pass it on to others...somebody else you know needs to hear this one too!

If you have questions about recovery or addiction and  want know more details about interventions,  please reach out to Gina directly at: [email protected].
Of course, you can always reach out to us to learn more about Freed Up and how you can access other services for mental health support:  [email protected].

And always remember, you don't walk this path alone. I am walking right alongside you, as well as the rest of the Freed Up family.  God loves you! I love you! And make sure you take care of YOU!

God's Best,
