In today's episode, Carrie and I discuss 10 ways we can proactively start taking back control of our bodies and environment in order to move closer towards wellness.

We are bombarded by chemicals, toxins, frequencies, and false propaganda about what it means to "stay safe" and "healthy". We want to share just a few easy things that anybody can start doing right now to combat the constant attack on our bodies. We hope you are inspired to research a few of these things that have helped us, and maybe even try one or two ideas mentioned, to start taking back control of your body and brain!!
