As the CEO of Lapels Dry Cleaning, Dubois has more than 20 years in the franchise industry, the last near 15 years with Lapels. Under his leadership, Lapels Dry Cleaning has been ranked in Entrepreneur’s 26th Annual “Franchise 500” as well as that publication’s “Top 50 New Franchises”. Dubois was also named “Franchisor of the Year” by the New England Franchise Association (NEFA). He earned this honor based on his key role in the franchise’s growth, commitment to the environment through its greener dry cleaning processes, its outreach to recruit veterans and its efforts in the community.

 

Kevin is also the co-author of Entrepreneurial Insanity in the Dry Cleaning Business, a book he co-wrote with Roger McManus. Currently, he oversees the long-term strategic direction of the company which includes equipment advancements, technology advancements and the consolidation of a major brand in the dry cleaning industry.
