If you listened to us on the radio in Birmingham - hi again. We are back with a podcast. Its us having a laugh like we always used to on the breakfast show.

If you never listened to us on the radio - hello. If you are looking for something fun and trivial, with two best mates who really don't take ourselves very seriously, then this is the podcast for you. We are both married and dads. We are both a bit overweight. Foxy is from Hull and once sung Amarillo on stage with Tony Christie to a full stadium. Giuliano is half Italian, his middle name is Romeo and the dog walker once caught him hiding in his utility room in just his pants (we should probably explain that more in the podcast - don't worry it wasn't a legal issue).
