Episode 52 - the instagram live one, together in person!

This week's episode is a little different as we decided to do an instagram live while we recorded the episode as we are together in Edinburgh. So, things may sound a little different but we have the five things as always!

First up is the National Women's Council of Ireland's new campaign #shapingourfuture which outlines ten areas the Irish government should focus on in the next budget due in September.

Nicola talks to us about the end of Love Island, and, wait for it....the return of Big Brother - yay.

Our Fox of the Week is Nichelle Nichols who passed this week and was an icon actress - best known for her role in Star Trek as Lieutenant Nyota Uhura.

The follow this week is friend of Fox Force Five  Karen Moynihan, the coolest farmer in Ireland. You can follow her on instagram on @karen_moynihan for great farming content and lols.

Finally, we talk about a new campaign to get venues to allow artists retain the profits from their merchandise sails @featuredartists talked to NME.
