We welcome Bud Becker back to the show to tell more of his stories about Hammerjacks in the 1980's and early 1990's. We discussed the extinct tradition of concert ticket camp outs, Crack the Sky, The Ramones having to find their own ride, booking DEVO, a misadventure with Sam Kinison, John Valby aka "Dr. Dirty", Joe Piscopo, and getting involved with booking teen shows through "Teen Network" featuring The Ravyns at Maxwell's and other venues.
Never a dull story with Bud, and we will have him back again soon, with a whole bunch of other stories from his years as a tour coordinator for national acts in the 1960's and 1970's.
